Challenge: orders were received via messengers and email, stock balances did not match actual inventory, invoices were issued manually

What was implemented: Sales, Purchase, Inventory, CRM, Accounting; integration with messengers

Result: a unified order processing pipeline; real-time stock balance updates; automated invoicing and shipment processing
